DAYS 11-20
Day 11: If we could get control of our tongue and the words that come out of it, I believe we will see a shift in our homes and in our land. Even this small beginning could be the very strategy God will use to shift us. Every day we hear words of hate, distrust and, slanderous words coming from every direction – the media, grocery store, neighbors, and even when we stand in a line waiting! What to do? Be aware of the words from your mouth and, don’t listen to the words of the world.
James 3: 16, 17,18 (TPT) says, “So wherever jealousy and selfishness are uncovered, you will also find many troubles and every kind of meanness.
But the wisdom from above is always pure; filled with peace, considerate and teachable. It is filled with love and never displays prejudice or hypocrisy in any form and it always bears the beautiful harvest of righteousness! Good seeds of wisdom’s fruit will be planted with peaceful acts by those who cherish making peace.”
Decree: I will keep my heart pure! I will not speak against another. I will judge with a heart of love and guard the words that come from my mouth!
“So may the words of my mouth, my meditation-thoughts, and every movement of my heart be always pure and pleasing, acceptable before Your eyes, my only Redeemer, my Protector God.” Psalm 19: 14 (TPT)
Day 12:
Perhaps, this might look like a huge mountain to climb. How do you change your words to agree with His Word. Paul says to the believers in Philippi, “Practice these things and keep putting into practice all you have learned – everything you heard . . .”
Decree: I am confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in me will complete it!
“So, keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising Him always.” Philippians 4: 8 (TPT)
Day 13:
We are a people that embody and carry forth Jesus’ mission on earth. The work of Jesus is salvation. He came to take away the sins of the world. Our words either speak life or death. When we speak words of life, we are doing the work of Jesus. Life came into being because of Jesus. His life is light for all mankind.
Decree: I declare His Light in me will draw others to Jesus
“And this Living Expression is the Light that bursts through gloom. It keeps on shining through the Light that darkness could not diminish. . .. the Light of Truth is about to come into the world and shine upon everyone!” John 1: 5 -9 (TPT)
Day 14:
If we call ourselves believers, we must be concerned over words that can cause tremendous suffering and division within the Body of Christ. Jesus became our example by reducing Himself to a servant. Because of that obedience, God exalted Him. The authority of His name causes every knee to bow in reverence. Phil 2:11 says, “that every tongue will proclaim in every language – Jesus Christ is Lord, bringing Glory and honor to God, His Father.”
Decree: I proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord over my life!
“Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let joy overflow, for you are united with the Anointed One! Let gentleness be seen in every relationship, for our Lord is ever near.” Phil 4: 4-5 (TPT)
Day 15:
We are entering a new era where the ‘old’ has to go and the ‘new’ comes. We see the turmoil, the chaos around us, every day. People are dealing with choices – do I stay where I am, doing the same things I’ve always done or do I face the reality that I need supernatural help and something has to change? People are crying out for help and don’t know what to do. Our prayers over many years are now exposing the hidden darkness. This war becomes more spiritual than physical because we need the help only God can provide. This makes it a personal fight for each of us. God is preparing us to become new wineskins.
Declare this over yourself: The Lord is my Refuge, my place of safety. He is my God and, I trust Him. I will make the Most High my shelter. I do not submit to any spiritual authority other than Jesus Christ and refuse agreement with all negative words or thoughts.
The Lord says to us in Psalm 91: “I will send angels to guard you in all your ways, no harm or disaster will come near you. I cover you with My redeeming blood and hedge you in with My Presence. Put your trust in Me!”
Day 16:
Look Up! Our help comes from the Lord as we move from the natural to the supernatural realm. We ascended into the heavenly realm, where things are more real than our surroundings. Judah was the tribe that God appointed to be out in the front of the army, praising and worshipping Him. Judah means praise. When we worship God, His presence inhabits our praise. Judah is a warring tribe that knows how to operate with sound. We must war for what is rightfully ours.
Decree: I will war for what is mine! My voice becomes the shofar for His sound to go forth. I will give Him thanks and, I will praise Him knowing He comes to inhabit my praise. He is Jehovah Nissi, The God my Banner, He is the Miracle Worker, The Lord my Deliverer!
“. . he appointed those who sang to the LORD and those who praised Him in their holy (priestly) attire, as they went out before the army and said, “Praise and give thanks to the LORD, for His mercy and lovingkindness endure forever. II Chronicles 20:21 (AMP)
Day 17:
Spring is the season when kings go to war. We are warring for our covenant promise of peace. It is a time when we will not hesitate to lose a sound of praise to break us into a new dimension of victory and wholeness. Know that a path of healing and miracles is now before us as we lift our voices and praise Jehovah Rapha, The Lord God My Healer. Jehovah Rapha heals physically, emotionally, and, spiritually.
Decree: I will praise Him and continue to praise Him with all my heart to see wounds healed and broken hearts mended, not only for myself and my family but for Rockwall and this land we love, America.
“. . .I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.” Ex.15:26 (NKJV)
Day 18:
God is a good God. He desires only the best. He wants us to listen for His voice and to have ears that hear. The Victory comes when we cultivate an attitude of listening to His voice. God asks us to do what is right in His sight. He is seeking people who will not only hear His words but will take them to heart and act on them – we will be people who obey His word and not be hearers only (James 1:22-25)
Decree: I want God’s best. As I praise and give Him thanks, He comes to inhabit my praises. My ears hear His voice. I have set a goal before me to listen to His voice and step into a new dimension of supernatural reality.
“I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory-prize through the anointing of Jesus. . . and let us all advance together to reach this victory-prize, following one path with one passion.” Phil. 3:14, 16
Day 19:
Faith is the substance for things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. If we say we have faith and give up when we don’t see things come to pass, then our faith has not yielded to the supernatural realm. For things are more real in the supernatural than the circumstances around us. Our faith is in Him who brings it to pass, not in what we do or say. Only God reveals Himself to us by His Spirit. When we speak in faith, the atmosphere around us changes. We become the voice of the Lord in the earth. Our sound has great power to shift things that seem to be invincible.
Decree: I will speak and see these walls of faith rebuilt around my life, my family, Rockwall and, this nation.
“Be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-union with the Lord Jesus. Stand victorious with the force of His explosive power flowing in and through you.” Eph. 6: 10 (TPT)
Day 20:
It is surprisingly evident that now as we grow we put these things into practice – moving from negative words and thoughts to praise and worship. Our heart attitude comes into harmony with the nature and character of Jesus. Praise and worship draw us out of the pattern of the world into the life structure God made for us when He knit us in our mother’s womb. He made us to be worship warriors.
Decree: I will stay focused on my transformation as worship becomes a strategy to overcome the enemy. I am reminded of God’s promises and stay dependent on His Word. I will stay in faith by fellowshipping with Holy Spirit. I will be determined to keep my joy. For, In the Presence of the Lord, there is fullness of joy.
Perhaps there is no stronger weapon of warfare than praise and worship to the Lord. As we look to the Worship and Prayer Night on May 6th and Exalt 2022, may our worship be critical to the Victory we gain this night. Satan hates our worship of God for many reasons. One of his strategies is to get us to agree with negative words and have anxious thoughts to distract us from worshipping God. He knows the strength and effectiveness the weapon of worship carries.
Decree: Psalm 149:5-9:
“Let the saints be joyful in glory; let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples; to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; to execute on them the written judgment – this honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord!” “Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty firmament! (Worship Him everywhere)
Praise Him for His mighty acts; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness! (Worship God because of His mighty deeds and His excellent character.)
Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet: Praise Him with the lute and harp! Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with clashing cymbals! (Praise Him with a symphony melody)
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. (Everything that breathes is to worship and praise the Lord. Hallelujah!) Psalm 150
